Shipping rates will be calculated by USPS by the weight of your package. Delivery confirmation/tracking is available for Priority Mail and Express Mail only.

Senses and Scents will accept return items in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase with receipt. All refunds are credited to the original payment method- no cash refunds. We cannot accept returns for opened items. To expedite your return:

1. Email orders@sensesandscents.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
3. We will provide you with the address to return the package to in our email response.
