Parcel Post - 5-10 days

Priority Mail - 2-3 days

Purchases of $85 and up – FREE SHIPPING (5-10 days USPS GROUND)Shipping rates will be calculated by USPS by the weight of your package. Delivery confirmation/tracking is available for Priority Mail and Express Mail only.

- Returns/Exchanges

Senses and Scents will accept return items in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase with receipt. All refunds are credited to the original payment method- no cash refunds. We cannot accept returns for opened items. To expedite your return:
1. Email orders@sensesandscents.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
3. We will provide you with the address to return the package to in our email response.* Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard via Paypal. All pricing and promotions hold at the point of purchase. We do not do price adjustment on items that go on sale after purchase.
- Viewing Orders
- Order and tracking information can be viewed after logging into your account. Delivery confirmation/tracking is only available for Priority and Express shipping options.
