Warm Eye pillow Tip: Put eye pillow in ziplock bag. Leave ziplock bag slightly open by zip closing half way. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Cold Eye Pillow Tip: Put eye pillow in ziplock bag. Ziplock the bag. Leave in fridge or freezer for a few minutes.
